Our NDIS Services
Household Tasks
Our support workers understand that every household is unique but every household deserves to regular upkeep. We can assist you with gardening, lawn mowing, cleaning, laundry, food preparation, general DIY and more
Transportation & Mobility
Transport is a critical aspect when it comes to an individuals integration into the community and we understand how important it is for one to feel mobile. Our support workers can take you to and from the shops, medical appointments, social events and leisure activities
Community Participation
Our support workers will be with you every step of the way on your journey as you integrate and become an active community member. We will help you make connections, develop new skills, explore hobbies, engage in charitable activities and ensure you develop a sense of belonging
Community Nursing
Specialist care for participants with high care needs delivered in conjunction with your doctor and allied health professionals. We can assist with medication administration, health assessments, wound management and other areas of specialist nursing to ensure you feel supported at home

If you’re an Australian resident with disability, you may be eligible for individualised supports through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
To apply, you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident and be aged between seven and 64 years of age.
You must also be living with what’s considered a significant permanent disability that has an impact on different areas of your life.
There’s lots of information available for you if you want to apply for NDIS funding, including whether you’re eligible for the NDIS.

An application for NDIS funding requires information about your disability from a medical professional that outlines the support you need. This can be provided by a doctor, a therapist, specialist and allied health workers.
The application process does generally take quite some time so it is recommended that you have a clear view of what you need from the NDIS and all of your medical documentation prepared. Your medical professional can help you compile the relevant information required to include in your application.
Local Area Coordination (LACs) partners are also available to guide you through the process from creating a plan to implementing the plan.

An NDIS plan outlines the support and services one needs to live a full and equal life. It highlights the short, medium and long term goals specific to the individual.
There are three types of support budgets that may be funded in your plan:
Core supports budget
Capacity building supports budget
Capital supports budget

There are a range of small and large organisations that can assist you with the services you are after. It is important to only accept services from a registered provider.
